CABUGIN

Our “Premium” Gin, how could it be otherwise, is based on natural production processes in which we highlight the three distillations, its fresh, citrus aromas, obtained from a separate botanical maceration, juniper, lime peel , and more, and of course our white grapes from our Nava de la Asunción vineyard, which gives it that special sensation on the nose that makes it different from the rest, without losing its Geneva nature. Serious and aromatic with tonic, soft and refreshing with lemon, all options to savor this magnificent gin.

VINEYARD “MAMEN MORENO”

Our vineyard in Nava de la Asunción in Segovia, with hundred-year-old vines of the Verdejo variety, covers an area of 1 hectare and is located at an altitude of almost 1,000 m.

The ground on which it sits is limestone and stony, benefiting from the “thermostat” effect of collecting the heat of the day to gradually dose it when the sun sets.

The oscillation of temperatures between the different seasons of the year in this area is important, which gives the plant and the fruit a strong personality that we will later enjoy in the glass.

Vineyard cared for and treated manually, seeking the greatest respect for the land and the plant

VINEYARD PESQUERA DE DUERO

Vineyard located in Pesquera de Duero, in Valladolid, with an area of two hectares..
This 100% Tempranillo vineyard with “ECOLOGICAL” treatment is the basis of our red production.
The space it occupies gives it good management of water stress, possible due to the extreme changes in temperature in the area. If we add to this the pine forests and the valley that flanks the Duero river, we find ourselves in an ideal location for obtaining extremely high-quality grapes.
Treatments and work in the vineyard follow our maxim: care, respect and non-aggression to the environment or to the plant, which is why we completely rule out the use of any chemical product that could alter the inherent characteristics of the product.
