DESCRIPTION

Harvest from our tempranillo vineyards in Pesquera de Duero, Caserio San Jose and Roa, alcoholic fermentation in maceration with its skins for 17 days, subsequent malolactic fermentation for 25 days. Native yeasts obtained through the harvest of each vineyard.

TASTING NOTE

At sight it presents a deep cherry color, bluish violet meniscus and a high layer. With a slow tear that stains the glass, bright reflections, clear, clean. On the nose some characteristic primaries of our reds, violets, poppies, a balsamic background flanked by spices, red fruits. Some milky notes of forest fruit yogurt and custard follow, to finish with sensations of vanilla, meat, ink. On the palate it is succulent, enveloping, with an astringency and acidity that cover those 14.5% alcoholic strength, making them go unnoticed. Long, unctuous, fresh.
